Day 1
Marrakech – Atlas Mountains – Ouarzazate – Dades Valley

On the first day of your 4 days desert tour from Marrakech to Merzouga, our driver will pick you up from your hotel or riad after breakfast.

First, we will cross the High Atlas Mountains and drive to Ait Ben Haddou. This famous fortified village was built by the Berber people and is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Ait Ben Haddou was also used as a filming location for many famous movies, including Gladiator, Lawrence of Arabia, and Kingdom of Heaven.

After that, we will continue to Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Africa.” You can visit the film studios and Taourirt Kasbah.

Later, we will drive through the beautiful Dades Valley, where you can enjoy views of old kasbahs and mountain landscapes.

Overnight stay will be in a hotel in Dades Valley.

On the second day of your 4 days tour from Marrakech to Merzouga, we will leave Dades Valley after breakfast.

We will drive toward the Sahara Desert and pass beautiful gorges, palm valleys, and desert villages along the way. At noon, we will stop for lunch at a local restaurant.

Later, we will continue to Merzouga, where you will spend the first night in a comfortable hotel near the dunes.

You can relax, enjoy the desert views, and walk on the soft sand around the hotel. Overnight stay will be in Merzouga.

Dades valley, Todra gorge, Sahara desert Merzouga.

Merzouga > Rissani > Nekoub > Draa Valley Ouarzazate:

On the third day of your 4-day tour from Marrakech to Merzouga Desert, you should wake up early to watch the sunrise over the dunes.

After breakfast, you will ride camels back to the hotel and freshen up before leaving Merzouga.

Then, we will drive through Rissani, Alnif, Tazarine, Nkob, and the beautiful Draa Valley. Along the way, you will see desert villages, palm groves, and mountain views.

Later, we will cross the Anti-Atlas Mountains and continue to Ouarzazate. If time allows, you can visit Taourirt Kasbah and the film studios.

Overnight stay will be in a hotel in Ouarzazate with dinner and breakfast included.

On the last day of your 4 days tour from Marrakech to Merzouga, we will leave Ouarzazate after breakfast.

Then, we will drive through the High Atlas Mountains and cross the famous Tizi n’Tichka Pass. Along the way, you can enjoy beautiful mountain views and small Berber villages.

Finally, we will arrive in Marrakech, where your 4-day desert tour comes to an end.
